Ann Arbor Street Art Fair – 2015

Ann Arbor, Michigan, home of The University of Michigan, is a town well-known for its art, artists, and galleries.  But, you cannot mention “Ann Arbor” or “art” without talking about the annual Ann Arbor Street Art Fair.  This MASSIVE show, with artists from all over the US and Canada and over 500,000 visitors each year is really something to experience; you can find just about any genre of art or artist you can imagine (paintings, photography, metalsmithing, mixed media, sculpture, and more).  This year’s fair will be held July 15 – 18 on the streets of downtown Ann Arbor and will run Wednesday – Friday 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

In addition to the great art, there will be street performances by Mr. B George Tait, and Bo Culbertson; art demonstrations; street painting; and art activity zones.

There’s something for everyone, and this year will be sure not to disappoint (the last 54 sure haven’t!).  Now, let’s hope the weather cooperates!
